Design, develop & deliver training programs.Establish & implement effective learning & development framework.Manage OD initiatives like employee engagement, PMS, competency mapping & change management initiatives across the organizationTraining Need Identification (TNI) - Identification & analysis training needs of employees and other training and development mapping skills and tools and best practices.Organisational development- able to form strategies for improving efficiency of processes, system & individuals.Training facilitated- Audience handling skills, soft skills, office/email/business etiquette, grooming, leadership skills, team building, motivation, positive thinking,time management skills, budgeting, training calendar.Coaching, facilitation, team development, organization development, organization improvement initiatives that support the goals and objectives of Training & OD department
