Data analysis and look into monthly trends department wise and to submit report weekly and monthly report to GM. The candidate must be Responsible for the recruitment of sewing operators through standard test . Planning, line layout for new styles/existing style upgrade, method improvement . Training to junior IE , line balancing ,operation training to operators, system implementationFamiliar in calculating productivity of denim & woven garment from cut to pack.Calculation of thread consumption & other trim average.Should be able to draft and design the layout as per the requirement.Should be responsible for operator grading and up gradation of the operator.Should be able to formulate the machine allotment plan.Should be able to clear the day to day bottle necks in the shop floor.Evaluation of existing production target and fix a new production target. Extend work measurement in other processes like cutting section , washing and finishing section.Constant control of direct labor cost.Preparing daily production reports, WIP reports ,Monthly improvements reports with graphical presentation.Time study and updating time study database including videos on constant basis.Research on new machinery and latest systems that meets companies long term goal and preparing cost benefits analysis and ROI for the same.Research and development for samples prior to production start.
