Job Description

Responsible for organizing and motivating a team in achieving production targets and to develop a mindset of personal work to support the effectiveness of the & nbsp; work such as analytical, innovative and communicative.
Responsible for building performance toward standards team leader as well as maintaining a high level of production efficiency.
Responsible to set the level of quantity (output), quality , schedule production and delivery of production output according to PPIC schedule.
Have an understanding and be able to apply the techniques - Manufacturing techniques such as 5S, KPI production, and the other - the other is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum age 28 years, experience in managing production management engaged in the Garment.
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an assistant / head of production at a manufacturing company and a minimum charge 500 employees as well as good leadership skills with employees in large quantities associated with the operational control of production.
Computer literate and proficient in English are preferred communication and analytical skills and good communication.
Accustomed to work quickly, under pressure and have a high level of discipline.
Preferably live near Semarang (Central Java) area
